Supporting Norton Rose Fulbright partners in a fast-paced environment across EMEA

Norton Rose Fulbright want to support their time-poor partners by providing a wellbeing service across EMEA that maximised productivity and focus through removing stress and distractions at work. Away from the workplace they wanted to improve work-life balance to ensure partners were able to fully recharge.

The Circles solution:

Working with the Norton Rose Fulbright, Circles developed a global digital work-life balance program that offered unlimited life admin, travel planning and other time-saving services. The program included:

  • A personalised web and mobile experience, supported 24/7 by Circles work-life balance advocates
  • A consistent online solution that could also be used by partners across several regions
  • Monthly emails to remind employees of the program that could help make their work-life more balanced

The program launched to over 300EMEA partners. Program activations soon reached over 30% with a high monthly utilisation of 45%. Partners found the service very useful, with over 60% back to use the service again.

The outcome:

Providing Norton Rose Fulbright partners with a global work-life balance service saved them on average 2 hours 30 minutes per use allowing them to refocus and recharge, achieving a better work-life balance.
