Responsibilities

Reporting to a Regional Manager, and in tandem with another Welcome Officer, you will be based at the reception of a building.
 To ensure the reception of occupants and visitors High-end quality of hospitality, according to the codes of the hotel industry.
To be the guarantor of the Circles customer experience, and to maintain close and trusting links with members and influential interlocutors.

Management, supervision, and steering of service areas:
Concierge services
Management of meeting rooms (setting up of meeting rooms)
Logistics management of the cafeteria area

Setting up activities via our network of partners (exhibition-sales, well-being services, etc.) for the occupants of the building
