Circles appoints new U.S. VP of Business Development

The strategic hire is another major milestone in the company’s continued investment in its people, culture and growth.

Circles, a global concierge and workplace experience provider and part of the Sodexo Group, is proud to announce the appointment of Cathy Leibow as the company’s U.S. Vice President of Business Development.

As a key member of the U.S. leadership team, Leibow will strengthen Circles new market development, provide industry expertise and support go-to-market planning and execution. Leibow is a senior executive who is well known across Human Resources, Employee Benefits, and Total Rewards teams in global Fortune 500 companies. She joins Circles from global corporate concierge firm, Leverage Concierge, where she most recently led all business development efforts for its Americas business.

Prior to Leverage Concierge, Leibow worked at prominent industry leader, Leverage Concierge, LesConcierges, in addition to providing some consulting work for the Great Place to Work Institute. In her 30+ year career, she was responsible for initiatives such as leading and supporting major business pursuits, driving company growth strategies, and creating corporate sales processes. She is a nationally recognized industry expert with numerous published articles and conference presentations.
