Community Manager

You are dynamic, fun, service minded, approachable, you engage people to create a positive workplace. Join Circles as a Community Manager. You will play a central role in creating social interactions and contribute directly to Quality of life of those we serve. As a Community Manager you will reinforce social link through the organisation of events: after work, yoga, sports challenges, conferences, networking… Foster an agile environment, support the company culture around common values and contribute to the creation of dedicated forums (Facebook pages, blogs, forums, etc.) Provide concierge services adapted to the needs of the members to facilitate their everyday life (taxi reservations, restaurant proposals, dry cleaning, childcare…)

Call Center Concierge

Are you attracted by the Concierge sector, Quality of life in the workplace and Passionate about Service and Consumer satisfaction? You have great team spirit and are looking for working in a fast-moving environment? Join Circles as a Call Center Concierge Professional. As Call Center Concierge Professional, you will drive a highly diverse portfolio of clients, primarily via inbound calls and emails. You will engage customers, research and recommend personal services such as dining reservations and suggestions, flower orders, and gift baskets for special occasions, ticket inquiries.

Hospital Concierge

Do you have true passion for helping people and making a positive difference? You have great hospitality skills, service spirit and are looking for delivering unique experiences to demanding customers. Join Circles as an Hospital Concierge. As an Hospital Concierge you will be in daily contact with patients, their family, visitors and will be taking care of everything from the ordinary to the extraordinary.
