Wouter Broekema CEO
Before joining Circles in 2012, Wouter was vice president of product development at Ettractions Inc/CTM Media Group in Woburn, MA. Wouter created a multi-channel delivery platform for travel content, including web, mobile and interactive kiosks. He managed the internal digital team and the off-shore development group and oversaw a major product launch for an interactive digital out-of-home network, increasing digital sales from $200,000 to $1.1 million in two years.
Prior to joining Ettractions/CTM, Wouter was North American sales and marketing manager for Packline, Inc., a Swedish-based manufacturer of luxury cargo and ski carriers. Responsible for establishing the company’s North American sales and marketing office in Seattle, Wouter negotiated agreement with large retail chains and built a large American customer base with a strong market presence. Wouter started his career at the Swedish National Tourist Organization in The Hague.
Wouter, a dual Dutch and US citizen, holds an MBA from the University of Groningen, Netherlands with a major in International Marketing & Management. He is fluent in Dutch, English, Swedish and German and is conversational in French and Spanish.
Ronni Schorr Global Vice President, Marketing
Before joining Circles in 2015, Ronni was the Sr. Director of Brand Management at Sodexo supporting the Healthcare Division for both acute and senior living. In her role, Ronni was responsible for driving the Quality of Life vision from strategy through to full implementation using technology as the conduit. Moreover, she was leading the charge to design, develop and launch emerging technologies that can improve the resident/patient experience as well as the operations for our clients.
Ronni is a serial entrepreneur and brings more than 25 years of experience in technology start-ups, marketing, strategic alliances and management. Ronni was awarded three patents from the United States Patent office on mobile technology and integration platforms. Previously Ronni founded e-Touch International which provided products and services that revolutionized the customer’s experience in ordering food with nutritional analysis delivered in a seamless manner. Ronni brought her company from conception to acquisition by InfoGenesis. After the acquisition, she stayed on as Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Alliances for InfoGenesis. Her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities earned her various positions in the IT and services industry.
A graduate of The State University of New York at Buffalo, Ronni earned a Bachelor Degree in Business and Technology. She also received an advanced degree in International Marketing from Polytechnic of North London, England.
Carter Dahm Executive Director, Finance
Carter brings a wealth of finance experience to Circles, having served a combined 14 years in public and private accounting, most recently as Assistant Controller at Rounder Records, and previously as Staff Auditor at Russell Brier & Co. Carter is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Graduate Degree in Professional Accounting from Suffolk University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Pomona College. Carter has a proven ability to connect data analysis with business decisions, and is known as an approachable leader, active listener, coach, mentor and employee advocate who believes in and demands ethical behavior and accountability.
Noelle Hruby Director, Product Development & Operations
Having been in the Customer Experience field for over 13 years, Noelle is a proven leader. Through her demonstrated accomplishments in strategic planning and tactical execution to drive corporate business objectives, accomplished primarily by cultivating strong cross functional relationships, Noelle thrives on challenges that demand innovative thinking, team leadership, and calculated risk taking.
Since joining Circles in 2001, Noelle has amassed a management portfolio around building and leading operational, quality assurance and business optimization teams. Today Noelle is focused on developing and operationalizing new programs and products, while overseeing all on-site and virtual solutions, clients and servicing teams within the healthcare and corporate industries.
Noelle holds a dual B.S. in Social Psychology and Philosophy from Suffolk University. She enjoys walks with her dog, Fenway, and spending time with her husband and two children.
Topher Larson Director, Software Engineering
Topher Larson is an accomplished software engineer and architect with more than 14 years of experience in developing enterprise software solutions. Topher has held various roles at Circles, starting as a Solutions Architect before taking on new responsibility for CRM and reporting systems. Today, Topher leads a global team to deliver innovative solutions to all of Sodexo Personal and Home Services brands. Before joining Circles, Topher was Lead Architect/Developer at BBK Worldwide in Newton, MA. He led teams in the US and India in the architecture, design, and development of a patient recruitment management system for pharmaceutical companies. To start his career, Topher was a developer at Appraisal.com in Valley Forge, PA contributing to building industry leading real estate appraisal software. Topher holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Villanova University.
In his free time, Topher enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. He currently resides outside of Boston, MA with his wife and three children.
Jessica Stanton Director, Account Management
Over the past 13 years Jessica has successfully developed new business and has an excellent track record for client retention, servicing companies in the Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 markets. Since joining Circles in 2010, Jessica has taken a leadership role in account development and currently oversees all U.S. corporate and healthcare accounts. Jessica’s consultative approach, experience in client relations and practiced methodology of consistent solution enhancements has paved the way for program success across all accounts. Jessica makes it a top priority to understand the needs and challenges of each client and works closely with clients to build the best solution to solve for those challenges. Prior to Circles, Jessica led a team of Account Managers at Spire, a print and direct mail marketing company in Boston, MA.
Jessica holds a B.S. in Community Development & Applied Economics from the University of Vermont. She enjoys skiing and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Craig Window Director, Sales
Craig joined Circles in 2007 and has held several roles in operations, client management and business development. Craig is a performance-driven leader who possesses a unique blend of interpersonal and analytical skills allowing him provide best-in-class solutions that provide results for Circles’ clients. His unwavering commitment to the top line has allowed Circles to grow at an over 30% rate in FY 2014 & 2015.
As Director of New Business Development, Craig oversees all of the sales team and activities in North America. He is responsible for developing innovative solutions that enhance workplace experience and business transformation that help clients across all market segments realize and meet their business objectives.
Craig holds a B.S. in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut. He resides in New Hampshire and enjoys golf, traveling and spending time with his family, friends and wife.
Dana Kinsella Manager, Marketing & Communications
Dana Kinsella is a versatile marketer with 10 years of experience in marketing and communications spanning various industries.
After starting her career at a high-tech public relations firm, Dana switched gears and pursued a new direction focused on tradeshow coordination, product marketing and brand awareness. From there, Dana has been able to build a unique, diverse portfolio of marketing, sales and account experience including team training, presentation development, on-site and online event planning and execution, graphic design, management of online sales tools, website development, building email and direct mail campaigns, and partnership development. Dana holds a B.A in Public Relations from Hofstra University.
